Calculators

When you place your curser over the Calculator button, there are seven different calculators to choose from depending on whether you are looking to refinance your Austin area home, or trying to determine how much home you qualify to buy.  There are calculators to help you decide between a 15 year loan and a 30 year loan.  If you reached this page, you pressed the calculator button before making your selection.  To make your selection now, simply look to the left margin of this page where it says calculator and glide your curser over the word calculator until you see the drop down  menu of calculators.  From there simply make your selection.

It does not take a calculator to know realize that finding a home in Central Texas makes dollars and sense.  Where else can you live for a reasonable monthly payment that puts you so close to such beautiful lakes.  Beginning 85 miles northwest of Austin, there is a chain of lakes known as the Highland Lakes that consists of Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake, Lake LBJ, Lake Marble Fallas, Lake Travis, and Lake Austin. In the heart of Austin, there is another lake which is not actually one of the Highland Lakes that is called Lady Bird Lake. Then about an hour south of Lady Bird Lake is Canyon Lake, which has great winds for sailing and very deep blue water for scuba diving.  Whether you have your heart set on living in Liberty Hill Texas, Georgetown,  Texas, or New Braunfels, there is a lake nearby.
